Founder - Principal - Educator

Ms. Ashley Lord

Meet Ashley, a passionate and deeply reflective mama, educator, and child advocate; a lover of the dirt, trees, critters, and sees beauty in all living things. Ashley strives to create a connected world through reshaping the perspective of education. Dancing and the arts have been a consistent outlet in her life, motivating her intuition.

Ashley has 9 years experience working a variety of positions, from PreK-grade 8, and 2 years invested in homeschooling. Her 10 years of educational qualifications include:

Ontario Certified Teacher
Bachelor of Education - graduating with honours.
Undergrad Diploma - majoring in English
2 years French Conversational Program
General Arts and Science Certificate
Additional Qualifications in Special Education and Health and Physical Education
CPR trained since 2018

Ms. Melissa Lord

Meet Melissa, a loving mother and entrepreneur filled with ambition. When she isn't busy crafting and repurposing for her Rottities - antiques and odditities shop in Penetanguishene, you can find her gardening, reading, traveling, or exploring in nature. Mindfulness, yoga, and meditation have been a part of her daily practice for 23+ years.

Melissa strongly believes in empowering children with self-regulating skills that will help them navigate life with confidence and self-awareness. She passionately believes in living intentionally, that everything in life is connected, from the food we eat to the air we breathe.

It is her goal to inspire others to live with intention and to train our students how to develop the skills necessary to guide them purposefully and mindfully through life.
